Become a maker.
Become a tier.
A maker is anyone who moves something here. Five minutes or five years, code or contract, a photograph or a phone call. Every intervention is profiled, chained and counted — and what it counts towards is access.
These are open right now.
Not job ads. Each one is a hole we can name in a catalogued entry — the gap between where that project is and where it needs someone. The colour on each card is its family, the same colour it carries in the index and in every chart.
What you did here is yours, and it is legible.
The maker dashboard opens with access. Until then, this is exactly what it holds — no more, and nothing hidden behind it.
A profile with four facts.
Kind of maker. Kind of intervention. What you hold — of one project, of several, or of the venture itself. And when you last moved. Four facts read faster than a biography.
A chain, not a testimonial.
Every intervention is recorded against the entry it touched, in order, with its date. Nobody has to vouch for you: the chain is the reference.
Contribution converts.
Work counts towards a tier the same way a fraction does. That is the whole sentence: become a maker, become a tier. Policy is being written; the mechanism is not a mystery.
Web3 is our job, not yours.
Kickstarter and Patreon proved people will back what they believe in. The part that stops most of them is the wallet. So we carry that part.
Arrive with a card and an email.
No wallet, no seed phrase, no bridge, no gas. You contribute or you buy the way you already know how, and the on-chain side is handled on our side of the desk.
Or arrive with a wallet.
Connect it and everything is native: the entry, the fraction, the record of what you did. Both doors lead into the same room.
The crossing is a service.
Web2 to web3, done for you and declared as such — the same service TIGO runs for clients outside the venture. We are not asking you to learn our infrastructure.
One line is enough to start.
There is no form with twenty fields. A person reads what you send and answers from [email protected].
Pick a brief, or don't.
Take one from the board, or tell us the thing you do that none of them names. The board is what we can already see — it is not the boundary.
Say what you would move.
One sentence about the intervention you have in mind. Not a CV. The chain will be the CV soon enough.
Then it is written down.
Scope, what it pays, and by when — agreed before anything starts, on both sides. A maker who is not clear on those three is not a maker, it is a favour.
