Composition, not invention
The material is not code. It is technology that is already mature, already paid for by someone else, already working. The work is putting the layers together so they hold.
Built to Activate. Born to Scale.
Z-VU does not sell hours, and it is not a studio waiting for a brief. It builds and owns its own projects — twenty-six of them today, each one catalogued and at its own stage, from a single sketch to something already selling. The work is not inventing new ideas. It is landing the ones already here, one at a time, with the same repeatable method every time.
Client work exists, it is real, and today it is what pays. It sits in a separate branch and it is not a Z-VU project. A client comes and goes. A Z-VU project is born here and stays.

Engineering and finance are hired, delegated or automated. They are not faked, and they are not the centre. The centre is what changes for whoever uses the thing.
A project counts when it stands on its own: its own domain, its own treasury, its own buyer. Until then it is in the catalog, and the catalog says so.
This is the actual product of the venture: the repeatable way to take a stalled project and put it online and on sale. Every phase produces a file, not a feeling. Each project that goes through it has to improve it — if the phases look identical after the third one, nothing was learned.
A catalog by stage, not a backlog. A fixed number is active at any one time and the rest is not open work. Being online is not activation — most of what is live is there to be understood, not to be bought. Both states are marked below.
Archive and collections of physical pieces with an on-chain twin. Stock does not get broken up: a collection ships as a whole, and whoever takes the whole comes first.
MarketA catalog of syntography: image and film made by generative synthesis, not through a lens. What comes from a lens is signed elsewhere — one photograph never carries two signatures.
ConceptA catalog of sonic IP: grooves, scores and sonic signatures, owned and licensed as an archive rather than billed as commissions. Licensed per track, per use, or by subscription.
ConceptBorn, lived, died, queued to be reborn — the same arc ZZGLAM already went through. Real operating history, not an idea. Phase 01 has not been run yet, so no stage is assigned.
QueuedThe notary of the ecosystem. It signs and anchors; it never holds a payment. Internal by design and the one thing that is never sold — see below.
Built · internalDocumented, named, with their slot reserved. They are not open work and they will not be announced before they are built.
In catalogEverything that enters the ecosystem is checked in before it is used: a file, a paper, a rule. It gets a fingerprint, a permanent identifier and a stated belonging — founder, venture, project, platform. This works with no wallet, no gas and no chain. The chain adds public proof later; it does not create authorship.
Payments do not travel through layers. They divide at the source, between addresses declared in the contract. There is no wallet in the middle, because a wallet in the middle is latency and custody risk, and buys nothing.
It signs imprints and the rules by which value splits. It never receives a payment, so there is nothing to steal and nothing to reconcile. Its key stays still, which is the only way an attestation keeps its worth.
Belonging lives in the record, not in the domain name. A project can be sold with its treasury and its full name, and the provenance written at check-in does not move with it.
Status The registry runs today as an internal tool. Anchoring on Base and the public verifier are specified and not yet live. Nothing on this page is anchored yet, and this line will change when it is.
Access to the catalog opens in degrees, not all at once. The figures, supplies and any equity dimension are deliberately absent — they are being structured with counsel before they are published, and an example number left in a document becomes, three weeks later, a number nobody remembers inventing.
Bid and supply — not decided.

Every venture page announces what it is about to be. This one states what it is missing, on the same page and in the same size. Whoever declares their own gaps gets believed about their strengths.
In plain terms: twenty-six projects, one shared method, and a venture that governs rather than runs each one day to day. See what's actually in the catalog ↑
Write with one line about what you are looking at and which project it concerns. Access requests, project enquiries and counsel all start the same way.
