Nothing here waits on a technology that doesn't exist yet. Every project is built from parts already proven, put together in an order nobody had tried.

Engineering and finance are hired, delegated or automated. They are not faked, and they are not the centre — the centre is what changes for whoever uses the thing.

A project counts when it stands on its own — its own domain, its own treasury, its own buyer. Until then it stays in the catalog, and the catalog says so.
